So now is the perfect time to check in with yourself and determine if your every day routine aligns with who you authentically are!

Over the last month, how many days did you feel fully aligned (like your true self)?
Out of the past 30 days, how many days did you listen to your own needs & meet them?
What healthy routines are you cultivating now? How are they working for you? What is the next step towards making these healthy habits second nature?
How have you moved your body this last month? Have you made plans to move your body in May?
Are you staying hydrated? What steps can you add to your routine to keep it up?
Where are you feeling tension? What hasn’t been working for you?
Do you know & believe you have to power so it doesn’t have to be that way? What shifts can you make? How can you make things better for you?
What have you avoided doing lately? What’s your plan to get it done in May?
What have you been grateful lately? How have you expressed that?
What are you looking forward to this next month? How can you celebrate the small things?
What is one area you’d like to grow into or improve during the month of May?
